First Year in Review

Wow, what a year it has been for HCP! After years of baking breads & pastries for people near and dear to me, I decided to take my passion to the next level in 2023!

I switched careers after 36 years in the technology industry, to focus on making wonderful baked goods, the right way! I entered 2023 with a certification in Baking & Pastry Arts from Escoffier School of Culinary arts, and a Food Protection Manager certification from ServSafe.

To help make my products more accessible, I started the website with an online catalog/shopping cart for you to order. I appreciate everyone that supported me by purchasing baked goods all through the year!

I have learned so much during this year! I would like to use my learning to make some small changes to the product line, based on interest level from you the consumers, and try to streamline the production schedule so I bake a specific item each day of the week. That way, people can get themselves in a cycle by getting freshly baked goods delivered to you once a week! I would appreciate your inputs by filling out this short survey!

I will also continue to build up the wholesale side of the business by working with more cafes/restaurants/hotels to provide them high quality pastries and breads for their customers.
