Ashwin has been baking breads & pastries since 2010. He is passionate about making high quality bread accessible to our Miami Valley community. His focus is to use small-batch traditional baking techniques, like those used by artisans in the old-world Europe.

 

After completing his Diploma in Pastry & Breads from Escoffier, he started Handcrafted Pastry so he could share his wonderful fresh breads & pastries with the local community.

Besides being an accomplished Internal Medicine physician in the Miami Valley area for more than 29 years, Indu has a flare for flavors. She is an accomplished cook, with a knack of getting the best of the ingredients.

Indu and Ashwin have worked collaboratively to come up with the choice of baked goods being offered at HCP.
