Our breads and pastries are always made with the finest all-natural ingredients. We are proud of the fact that we never use artificial preservatives in our products. Unlike grocery store-bought breads, our breads are best eaten the day it was baked. Our focus is to use small-batch traditional baking techniques, like those used by artisans in the old-world Europe.
These breads are made out of a sourdough starter, which contains wild yeast and microorganisms that are in the air. These breads stay fresh longer than breads made with commercial yeast.
The yeasted breads don't use wild yeast, so they don't have the tanginess of the sourdough breads, but they are as healthy as the sourdough options. Yeast breads don't have long shelf life.
